Ashley + Eligh's cozy Kentwood wedding started in Amite where they tied the knot at a beautiful church with their friends and family. When Eligh saw Ashley for the first time, walking down the aisle with her daddy, it hit him -- this is the woman he will spend the rest of his life with.
Ashley + Eligh share a love so obvious and tender that anyone watching cannot mistake their connection for anything short of AMAZING. She settles his heart, he gasses hers up. It's the best balance I've seen. The pure joy they share when they surround each other is something worth admiring.
After their "I dos," the couple shared a ride in a vintage car to their home in Kentwood. Their bridal party gave guests one hell of a sparkler entrance right before welcoming the new Mr + Mrs with lots of cheering and yelling! Their first dance was just as sweet as the events preceding and followed through to their cake cutting and toast with their bridal party.
As a Baton Rouge wedding photographer, I've seen some pretty stunning events but the Louisiana backyard weddings I've photographed over the last year have been some of my favorites. I cannot wait to see this couple grow in love and laughter! Cheers!
